What a pleasure! Our ProFashion styles with their soft-footbed made of gently yielding ALPRO-Foam offer particularly soft comfort – in the office, at work in a canteen kitchen or at home. The original Birkenstock-Footbed makes sure that feet remain healthy, relaxed and fit. The direct-moulded sole is oil and grease resistant, non-abrasive and slip-resistant. With their modern designs the appearance of these styles can vary from discreetly elegant to casually sporty to simply clever.

Profashion Soft-footbed

Some like it soft! With the ProFashion Soft-Footbed made of ALPRO-Foam one can instantly enjoy soft comfort.
We have developed the soft-footbed for people who stand or walk a lot, whether on the job or in private, and who prefer a soft footbed. Alpro-Foam® is an innovative material consisting of millions of air bubbles which cradle the foot like a cushion of air.
The footbed is completely soft and flexible and instantly moulds to the foot – no need to break it in – the impact of every step is softly absorbed. With the help of the anatomic contour of the original Birkenstock-Footbed feet have ample room for natural step formation, orthopaedically correct posture is thus encouraged. This is not only gentle on the back bone and the back as such, it also provides health benefits for the entire body.

Alpro Fashion Soft-footbed

The completely soft, shock-absorbing soft-footbed before impact.
During impact the foot gently sinks into the soft-footbed, which instantly adjusts to the foot.
The pliable material ALPROFoam ® makes the footbed extraordinarily flexible.

The properties of our ProClassic Cork-Footbed

The high degree of wearing comfort of our cork footbed is “the most natural thing on earth”, because it is made up of high quality natural materials cork, latex, and jute. The footbed’s lightweight and its unusual shock absorbing properties come from cork. Latex lends it elasticity and jute takes care of moisture absorption and stabilization of the footbed. With the help of this combination a footbed is created which effectively cushions every step, gives firm hold and yet it is flexible and elastic at the same time – including a comfortable foot climate to boot.

ESD: Electro Static Discharge

Alpro ProTec ESD

Our styles protecting from electrostatic charges: protection and comfort for work and spare time
Our ProTec ESD styles are equipped with a conducting sole which diverts electro-static charges softly. The materials used offer safe protection for professional ESDapplications of 105 - 3.4 x 107 ohm. Therefore, these clogs and slippers comply with EN 61340.
The healthy cork footbed, the lightweight and flexible sole as well as the upper material Birko-Flor®, which is permeable to air, create a comfortable wearing sensation that also provides for relaxation.

Protection from electro-static charge

Our ProTec ESD-styles with their conductive footbeds continuously and softly discharge electro-static charge
Our ESD-styles protect from electro-static charge and sudden discharge, which can be quite painful for people and very damaging to sensitive electronic components or instruments. Our styles feature conductive footbeds which discharge electrostatic charge softly and continuously. In the case of styles S 400 ESD and P 210 ESD the footbed is replaceable.

Clogs made of ALPRO-Foam with or without steel toe

Our clogs made of cold and heat resistant ALPROFoam are safe, clean and reliable. The water and dirt repellent material protects from oil, petrol and a variety of other chemicals. The sole tread is slipresistant and the replaceable cork-latex-footbed offers first-class wearing comfort on the job as well as when doing chores at home.
